Rago Girdles
Rago is a foundation and shapewear brand that creates body curves and contours.
The 2008 Contours International Lingerie Award winner for Best Control Shapewear, Rago are the experts in body shaping and with over 50 years in the business, they produce their own proven designs, using excellent workmanship, best materials and fine fit techniques and the result is a world class range of girdles.
These traditional yet edgy retro style girdles are being worn by a new generation of burlesque revival artists whose aim is to bring back the perceived glamour of the early to mid twentieth century by celebrating the female shape, using elaborate costumes and entertainment styles from that period.
The brand has featured many times on Channel 4’s “How to look good naked”, particularly the waist cincher style number 721. This goes to a 34” waist (2XL). The waist cincher Style no. 21 goes up to waist size 46” (8XL) but is only available in black and white.
